Questions
- What counts as a user?
- Every active member of the workspace and every pending invitation uses a seat. On paid plans you choose the number of seats; Free includes 2.
- Is there a trial?
- Each workspace can try a paid plan once for 14 days without a card. When the trial ends the workspace returns to Free and keeps all its data.
- What happens when an allowance runs out?
- AI credits and automation runs reset monthly. When one is used up, that feature pauses until the next month or an upgrade. DealFlow does not charge for overage automatically.
- What if a renewal is not paid in time?
- Paid features stay on for 14 days after the paid period ends. After that, Free plan limits apply until the renewal invoice is paid. No data is deleted.
- Is single sign-on included?
- Yes, on every plan, including Free. Connect an identity provider that supports OpenID Connect, and optionally add and remove people automatically with SCIM 2.0. People added this way use seats like anyone else.
- How do I pay?
- By bank transfer against an invoice. Choose a plan under Billing in your workspace to get an invoice with payment details; the plan starts as soon as the payment is confirmed. DealFlow never asks for card numbers. Prices exclude taxes.
